Membership rules and responsibilities
There are a few simple membership
rules...

- Provide full and accurate details on all forms you complete.
- Tell us straight away if your circumstances change, i.e. change
of address, a new baby, a medical complaint that might affect your
need for housing.
- Tell us if you no longer want to be an Under One Roof member.
- Reply to any offer of accommodation within the timescales we ask
of you, or we will offer the property to someone else.
- Let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment.
- When refusing a home, please explain why it is not suitable.
- Give us feedback on how you think we are performing.
