Membership rules and responsibilities

There are a few simple membership rules...

  • Provide full and accurate details on all forms you complete.
  • Tell us straight away if your circumstances change, i.e. change of address, a new baby, a medical complaint that might affect your need for housing.
  • Tell us if you no longer want to be an Under One Roof member.
  • Reply to any offer of accommodation within the timescales we ask of you, or we will offer the property to someone else.
  • Let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment.
  • When refusing a home, please explain why it is not suitable.
  • Give us feedback on how you think we are performing.
