What happens now I am a member?
As a new member of Under One Roof you
will have been sent a letter telling you which band you are in. Banding
has been developed to ensure that
those in the greatest housing need are given priority.
Your membership
card shows your name, your customer reference number, the date you
registered with Under One Roof and the band you are in.
Keep your membership card safe as you will need it
to bid for homes. Please have your card to hand when you contact the
Lettings Line as it will help us to find your details and deal with
your enquiry more efficiently. If you lose your Under One Roof membership
card call the Lettings Line on 01744 63 63 63.
