How does Under One Roof work?
UOR is for people who want to rent a home from a housing association in St Helens. Many housing association properties are now let in this way. This means that if you want to rent a home from a housing association that is part of Under One Roof, you will need to join the scheme so that your need for housing can be assessed.
Arena Housing and Riverside are full partners with Under One Roof and do not have a waiting list for their properties in the St Helens area. Under One Roof also works in partnership with other housing associations in St Helens and they have agreed to advertise some of their properties with Under One Roof but they will also have waiting lists of their own. Applicants may wish to improve their chances of being rehoused by applying directly to the other housing associations. Further details are available from their websites.

be advertised every two weeks.
