Welcome to Under One Roof

Under One Roof is a service for people who want to rent a home in St. Helens, Merseyside. It has been developed by St. Helens Council, Helena Partnerships and other housing associations who operate in St. Helens. Many housing association properties are now let in this way. This means that if you want to rent a home from a housing association that is part of Under One Roof, you will need to join the scheme so that your need for housing can be assessed

Next bidding cycle starts:

Thursday 18 January, 9am

Changes to the Under One Roof Application Process
