There are currently four Extra Care housing schemes in St Helens, owned by either Arena Housing Group or Helena Partnerships. These specialist providers deliver housing, care and support services to residents.

- Parrmount Court (Fingerpost) - Refurbished in 2008
Arena Housing Group
- Heyeswood (Haydock) - Opened in August 2009
- Reeve Court (Rainhill) - Opened in 2005
