Helena tenants can now access HH Connect

A new interactive service is now available for Helena Homes tenants to access on the Helena Homes website.

HH Connect is one stop for finding out information and Helena tenants can now find out their rent amount and balance, generate online statements, and view rent payment details - all in addition to paying rent online.

Other features include being able to view and update contact details, report repairs online using an interactive guide and accessing details of outstanding and completed repairs.

HH Connect is secure, and Helena tenants are given a unique log-in and password to access this online service 24 hours a day. Helena tenants that are registered for the Under One Roof bidding services, can use the same username and password to access our new online services.
