Brand new property for rent at Berwyn Grove, Ashtons Green, St Helens

Under One Roof are pleased to offer for the rent the 1 remaining three bedroom house on the new development at Berwyn Grove, Astons Green. The house is suitable for families with children. The rent will be approximately £90-£100 per week.

We are inviting expressions of interest on this stunning new property which is subject to a local lettings policy.

Priority will be given to people who are members of Under One Roof and who have been assessed as needing up and downstairs bathroom facilities. If there are a number of people meeting this criteria then applicants will be considered in band and registration date order with consideration being given to the local lettings policy.
