Bidding by text for a property has changed

Customers who want to submit a text from 28 September will need to follow the simple steps below:

• Start your text message with your membership number, followed by your date of birth e.g. 12345 12061971
• Type in up to three property reference numbers that you would like to bid for. It's important to leave a space between each reference number. If you place three bids your text will look like this:

12345 12061971 001029 002029 015029

• Send your bids to 07700 38 63 63

Remember to send your bids in order of preference

Standard network rates apply. This number can only be used for submitting text bids. A confirmation message will be sent when your text is received. You can still place your bids through our website, UOR TV or by phoning us.
